Purchasing Protocol
All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to the selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, firearm accessory, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides.
Processing Your Order
You will be shown a confirmation screen immediately after your order, which verifies that we charged your card. Shortly thereafter, you should receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a tracking number email once our warehouse has packed the order and it is being picked up by the shipping provider of choice.
Secure Transmission
All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.
Product Price and Specifications
All product prices and specifications listed for sale on this website are subject to change at any time. Shooter Depot will honor price change requests for online orders placed within 24 hours of the price change. Shooter Depot does not honor price change requests for orders placed more than 24 hours prior to the change in price.
Shipping
We ship by UPS, FedEx, and USPS. You will choose your preferred carrier during checkout. You will also specify a shipping address for delivery. We’ll make sure the carrier gets your package to the address you specified, after delivery, legal title transfers to you and you assume all liability for your package and its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or state of your shipment after it has been left at your shipping address.

Shooter Depot will not ship any handguns to CA that are not on the DOJ roster. This includes Single Shot Exemption conversions.

Magazine Ordering Restrictions
Shooter Depot abides by all state regulations regarding the sale of high-capacity magazines. We DO NOT ship high-capacity magazines with firearms to the states listed below. We WILL NOT replace high-capacity magazines with state compliant magazines. We DO NOT offer refunds in place of the magazines.
It is the customer’s responsibility for understanding state laws regarding magazine capacities. Customers ordering magazines that are illegal to own in their state will have their orders cancelled and will be charged a 5% restocking fee.

Tax Information
Considering evolving laws, your order may be subject to sales tax depending on where you live. You can view your potential sales tax charge by using the cart estimate tool. Of course, you can always contact us if you have questions.
Chargebacks and Cancellations
Our warehouse is automated for speedier service to you. Unfortunately, it also means that you may not be able to cancel your order once you have placed it.
If you place an order with Shooter Depot that violates the law in your jurisdiction, your order will be canceled and you will be charged a 5% restocking fee.
If you refuse a delivery, we will charge you a restocking fee of $50 or 5% of the price of your order, whichever is greater, in addition to the cost of shipping both ways. You will also not receive a refund of any money - instead, we will issue you a store credit for the remaining amount (your order price, minus the cost of shipping both ways, minus the restocking fee).
Please enter the correct shipping address. If you request a re-route of the shipment after ordering, we must charge you the re-route fee the FedEx or UPS charges us to request the re-route of your order. If you refuse to pay for this re-routing, then we will consider your order as having been refused delivery by you, and it will be subject to the terms above.
If you dispute a valid credit card transaction with us, we will provide your credit card company copies of your order information and the delivery information. When your credit card company finds in our favor, we will charge you the same fee that the credit card company charges us to dispute the chargeback (generally anywhere from $25 to $500).
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders placed with Shooter Depot may be canceled by the customer prior to the item having shipped. All cancellation requests must be made through the Customer Service Department via email at service@ShooterDepot.com. You MUST provide the order number when contacting Customer Service via phone or email.
If the item/package has shipped, the order may not be canceled, and the customer must follow all rules applicable to returns. Please note that the return of the item/package will be made at the customer's expense.
Canceled orders may not be reversed. All cancellations are final.
All sales on gift cards are final and cannot be refunded.
Returns and Replacements
We can only allow return or replacement requests for items that are damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are required to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order at service@ShooterDepot.com. If your request is approved, we will issue either a store credit or a full or partial refund upon our receipt of the damaged or defective item.
All sales of ammunition and firearms are FINAL, and returns, refunds or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED. Orders shipped to an FFL are FINAL UPON SHIPMENT. Once a firearm or ammunition is shipped to an FFL, Shooter Depot will not accept a return or exchange under any circumstances. If a defect is discovered by the customer after shipment, the customer must contact the firearm manufacturer directly for replacement or repair.
Shooter Depot charges a restocking fee and an amount equal to the original shipping costs for any final orders canceled via debit or credit card chargeback after shipment to the FFL. By placing an online order with Shooter Depot, the customer agrees to pay all restocking and shipping fees associated with any order that is canceled via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment to the FFL.
CUSTOMER FURTHER AUTHORIZES AND CONSENTS TO SHOOTER DEPOT CHARGING THE AFOREMENTIONED FEES TO THE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE THE ORIGINAL ONLINE ORDER.
Shooter Depot reserves the right to dispute any bank or credit card chargebacks. Shooter Depot reserves the right to refuse all future orders placed by any customer that cancels an order via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment.

Disputes and Governing Law
You agree that all disputes arising from, or related to, your use of this website or your purchase from Shooter Depot, or any other disagreement whatsoever with Shooter Depot or its owners, agents, officers, or employees, must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Grayson County, in the State of Texas. Any complaints filed in any other jurisdiction must be immediately removed to a court within Grayson County, in the State of Texas, and the party who filed such a complaint shall pay the other party’s costs and associated legal fees from the time of filing until the removal. You understand and acknowledge that all disputes and proceedings shall be governed by Texas law, without giving regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
Class Action Waiver
You expressly agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, including but not limited to, litigation, arbitration, and mediation, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. By making this express agreement, you acknowledge and affirm that this is a knowing, voluntary, and permanent waiver of any right to bring federal, state, or local claims as any part of, or on behalf of, any class or any other individuals, before a court or other tribunal.
Release of Liability
You understand and acknowledge that Shooter Depot shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising from the use of this website or the ordering of products from the site. Shooter Depot expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, whether of merchantability, fitness or for any other purpose whatsoever. You further understand those product manufacturers are in the best position to inform you about details of their products, including sensitive safety information. You agree that you will check resources from product manufacturers regarding product safety and specifications before you purchase and use products retailed by Shooter Depot.
You also acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how the product that you purchase from Shooter Depot is ultimately used. You expressly agree to release, hold harmless, indemnify, and pay to defend Shooter Depot and its owners, agents, officers, vendors, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and employees against any damages, claims, prosecutions or other liability arising from or related to the products you purchase including, but not limited to, use, storage, and transportation of the product. If any other party files a claim against Shooter Depot or its owners, agents, officers, vendors, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and employees, you will indemnify and pay to defend the same from and against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.
Finally, you understand and acknowledge that Shooter Depot disclaims any and all responsibility and liability for the accuracy of the content of its website and its marketing and promotional emails and content, and for how you use that information. You will likewise indemnify and pay to defend Shooter Depot and its owners, agents, officers, vendors, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and employees from and against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution arising from or related to your use of any such information.
Telephone Calls
You agree, authorize, and acknowledge that Shooter Depot may record or monitor your phone calls with our customer representatives for training and quality assurance purposes.
Privacy
When you enter your email address on our site, you are agreeing to add that email address to our mailing list, unless you specifically opt-out of being added. The mailing list includes occasional emails that contain purchase information, account information, membership information, special pricing, or other announcements. If you opt out of these emails, you still agree to receive all order confirmation, compliance, and shipping and delivery confirmation emails.
We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are legally compelled to do so, after a legal determination by our legal counsel, or you authorize us to do so. We use the information you provide about yourself to complete your orders and to better serve you.
